Job Description

We are a growing startup focused on innovation and impact. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a motivated Accountant who can also support field operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, handle core finance responsibilities, and engage in on-ground activities with vendors, banks, and clients. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounts, vouchers, invoices, and financial records. Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Handle payroll, employee reimbursements, and petty cash. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial projections. Conduct bank reconciliation and vendor payments. Visit vendors, suppliers, and banks for deposits, collections, and reconciliations. Collect and verify bills/receipts from field operations and ensure proper documentation. Assist management in procurement, stock verification, and vendor coordination. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance). 1–3 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good knowledge can apply). Knowledge of Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks and MS Excel. Understanding of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance. Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language is an advantage). Willingness to travel locally for vendor/client visits and field operations. Startup-friendly attitude: flexible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
