Account Executive (Accounting)

Position: Accountant Company: Blessway Care Pvt Ltd Location: Panchkula (Plot No 7, Sector 22, Panchkula, Haryana) Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (to be revised after 6 months based on performance) Job Responsibilities: Accounting in Marg Software: Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Marg Software. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Bank Statement Posting: Accounting and reconcile bank statements in accounting records. Voucher Posting: Post purchase and expense vouchers efficiently in the accounting system. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Prepare and update accounts receivable and payable reports. Regularly follow up with parties for timely payments. File and Record Maintenance: Maintain and organize sales files, purchase files, and dispatch records systematically. Purchase Order Management: Handle the booking of purchase orders and ensure proper documentation. Email Management: Manage official emails, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed. Tax Reporting and Compliance: Assist in creating tax reports for GST and TDS filings. Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for timely compliance. Requirements: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. Experience:1-2 years of experience in accounting preferred. Hands-on experience with Marg Software is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow up with parties and ensure timely completion of tasks. Compensation & Benefits: Monthly salary in the range of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000. Salary review and potential revision after 6 months, based on satisfactory performance.
