Job title: Account Executive Location: Near Savli Police Station, Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat Employment Type: Full time About the Firm We are a 25-year-old professional firm engaged in providing accounting, taxation, and financial compliance services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. Over the years, we have built long-term relationships with our clients by delivering reliable and quality services. Our offerings include GST and income tax compliance, preparation of financial statements, and other regulatory requirements. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support our accounting and taxation functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, assisting with statutory filings, preparing reports, and coordinating with clients. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in Tally/other software. Preparation and finalization of accounts and financial statements. Filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and handling reconciliations. Filing Income Tax returns of individuals, firms, and companies. Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing. Support in audits, compliance, and preparation of necessary reports. Communicate with clients for data collection and clarification of queries. Ensure adherence to statutory timelines and regulatory compliances. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / CA Inter / M.Com (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting, GST, and taxation. (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply.) Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, and basic accounting principles.
