What You Will Drive

• Manage end-to-end Investor Relations mandates for listed and pre-IPO companies
• Coordinate earnings calls, quarterly and annual results communication, and results season planning
• Support management teams in preparing investor presentations, Q&A documents, press releases, and regulatory disclosures
• Lead equity story development, messaging, and market positioning
• Handle roadshows, investor meetings, and sell-side/buy-side interactions
• Support IPO readiness, drafting of DRHP sections, and capital-market communications
• Track market sentiment, analyst coverage, and peer benchmarking for actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years of experience in Investor Relations, ideally from an IR agency, financial communications firm, Consulting or in-house IR role
• Strong understanding of capital markets, SEBI/stock-exchange requirements, corporate finance, and performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with results communication, earnings call preparation, and investor engagement
• Ability to manage CXO-level interactions with clarity, confidence, and strategic depth
• Strong storytelling ability that converts data and financial performance into compelling communication
• Experience working with companies during IPO, QIP, or major corporate actions is preferred
