Orvixtech is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account cum HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance and filings.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Human Resources:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and support HR policies.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.COM/M.COM) or MBA (HR/Finance) preferred.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in accounts and HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and HR/payroll software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
