Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategy Support Executive located in Ahmedabad.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced financial environments and has a strong interest in algorithmic trading and market strategies. The role involves providing administrative support to the strategy team and ensuring effective communication across teams and clients .

Qualifications

Support the day-to-day operations of the strategy desk, ensuring timely execution and monitoring of strategies.

Assist in backtesting, performance reviews, and parameter optimization.

Coordinate with developers, product managers, and the algo execution team.

Monitor live strategies and escalate anomalies in real-time.

Maintain detailed logs, documentation, and reporting for strategy-related activities.

Work closely with clients/internal teams to troubleshoot and provide first-level support.

What we’re looking for :-

Understanding of trading systems, algo execution, or financial markets (basic to intermediate).

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Experience with trading platforms or strategy tools is a plus.
