Account Coordinator

As a Locum Account Coordinator at ID Medical, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts across the US, working closely with Account Managers to ensure high-quality service and strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients. - Assisting in meeting client staffing needs. - Submitting candidates to clients and ensuring they have correct documentation. - Arranging pre-screening calls and interviews with candidates. - Creating and sending marketing emails for open roles to recruiters and vendors. - Ensuring candidate databases are accurate. - Uploading confirmation letters and other documentation. - Reviewing contract details to ensure accuracy and proactively reducing future errors. - Partnering with other teams and departments. - Assisting with resolving invoice or timesheet errors, including travel expense queries. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience: - Degree educated. - Experience in locum tenens staffing preferred. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - High level of organisational skills. - Customer-focused and committed to delivering an excellent experience. - Ambitious and career-driven with a desire to grow.
