Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize MSP tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Develop scorecards to track progress against project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service delivery.

Note: Need someone who has handson experience working with MSP clients, coordination with MSP contacts, scorecard evaluation, excellent communication skills. Not a looking for someone who is a recruiting manager or a delivery manager. This is a hands on Junior to mid level role.
