Job Description

As an Account Coordinator - Analyst at OGS India, you will be a key member of the business finance teams, utilizing your strong accounting and analytical skills to support financial performance. Your role will involve closely working with the Global Agency Finance teams. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Support account teams by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating client records. - Manage call notes, action points, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Maintain updated status reports, project trackers, and budget worksheets for efficient account management. - Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing schedules across teams and clients. - Aid in purchase order (PO) management to ensure alignment with budgets. - Handle internal financial administration and tracking documents, collaborating with workstream leads for updates. - Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines. - Conduct research to support client projects, industry insights, and competitor analysis. - Assist in media monitoring and compiling coverage reports to track brand visibility and campaign success. - Support in the preparation of client reports, summarizing key findings and insights. - Utilize project management tools for workflow tracking. - Assist in data gathering and insights to facilitate team decision-making. You will work closely with Global Finance Leaders and members of the agency Finance Team to achieve group goals related to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Coordination Operations (AR/AP, Billing Ops etc.), Financial Administration. - 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in an administrative, project coordination, or account services role in marketing or advertising. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other collaboration tools, including AI-powered tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Experience working across different time zones. - Flexible and Result-Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills. - Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue. - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus.,
