Report this jobFor our Masjid bunder office we need a smart account assistant.Below are basic Job responsibilities
  • Manage accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Perform reconciliations: Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with financial reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports.
  • Support closing activities: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance: Help ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (like GAAP).
  • Collaborate with senior staff: Work closely with senior accountants and provide support for various tasks and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Keep all financial information confidential.
  • Record and process transactions: Handle data entry, prepare journal entries, and maintain accurate financial records.
