📄 Job Title: Accounts Assistant Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Vastrapur. Ahmedabad, Gujarat Reporting To: Manager 🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally Prime, assist in, ensure statutory compliance, and provide financial insights to aid decision-making. This role is critical to maintaining transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our financial systems. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in Tally Prime Maintain ledgers, journals, and voucher entries, documents, file work Prepare monthly bank and vendor reconciliations Taxation & Compliance Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns decimations work. Ensure timely payments and documentation for statutory dues Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal processes accordingly Financial Reporting & Analysis Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Generate MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities Audit & Documentation Coordinate with internal and external auditors Maintain organized records for audit readiness and compliance Assist in payroll processing and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, etc.) 🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with Tally Prime Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting Attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
