Role Overview: As a Sales and Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will be managing sales teams, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will be analyzing sales performance, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
