Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will be managing sales teams, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will be analyzing sales performance, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Manage sales teams, provide training, and guidance - Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement - Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends - Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet demand and minimize losses - Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of accessories - Manage inventory control and loss prevention - Oversee daily operations including sales, customer service, and merchandising - Develop and implement operational procedures - Manage budgets and expenses - Ensure a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote accessories - Manage social media and online presence - Participate in trade shows and industry events - Vendor management and relationship building - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases - Train and develop sales staff - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and operations management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of inventory management and operational procedures - Proficiency in marketing strategies and social media management - Ability to stay updated on industry trends and new product releases - Familiarity with vendor management and relationship building - Compliance with company policies and procedures Additional Details: The company provides Provident Fund benefits to full-time employees.
