Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Kamalgazi, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Eligibility:

• Gender: Male & Female
• Experience:
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experienced candidates will be preferred for higher salary slabs
• Qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Graduation preferred
• Language: Must be fluent in Bengali & Hindi; Basic English will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services
• Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested leads
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Update CRM/software with call details and customer status

Skills Required:

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
