Accessories Executive

Role & responsibilities

The Accessories Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and coordinating the fitment of genuine vehicle accessories. The role ensures every customer receives the right accessory solution that enhances their vehicles functionality, appearance, and comfort while maintaining company quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Greet customers and understand their accessory needs and preferences.
  
• Present and demonstrate available accessories, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
  
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth accessory fitment before vehicle delivery.
  
• Achieve monthly accessory sales targets set by management.
  
• Maintain inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and monitor stock movement.
  
• Prepare accessory quotations and maintain records of customer orders and invoices.
  
• Ensure correct and safe installation of accessories by coordinating with the workshop team.
  
• Display accessories attractively in the showroom and keep display areas updated.
  
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of new accessory products and offers.
  
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Generate regular sales reports and update management on performance and trends.
