Role & responsibilities The Accessories Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and coordinating the fitment of genuine vehicle accessories. The role ensures every customer receives the right accessory solution that enhances their vehicles functionality, appearance, and comfort while maintaining company quality standards and customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Greet customers and understand their accessory needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate available accessories, explaining features, benefits, and pricing. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth accessory fitment before vehicle delivery. Achieve monthly accessory sales targets set by management. Maintain inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and monitor stock movement. Prepare accessory quotations and maintain records of customer orders and invoices. Ensure correct and safe installation of accessories by coordinating with the workshop team. Display accessories attractively in the showroom and keep display areas updated. Keep up-to-date knowledge of new accessory products and offers. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate regular sales reports and update management on performance and trends.

Role & responsibilities The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating service appointments, ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction through timely updates and professional communication. Preferred candidate profile Greet customers and actively listen to their service needs and vehicle issues. Record customer details, vehicle history, and service requirements accurately. Prepare job cards and coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs and maintenance. Provide cost estimates, explain service procedures, and obtain customer approval. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding job status and delivery timelines. Conduct final inspection and ensure all jobs are completed as per quality standards. Deliver vehicles to customers and explain the services performed. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution. Promote additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages to customers. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for warranty and insurance claims. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
