Accessories Executive

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including sales, inventory, operations, marketing, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Managing sales teams, providing training, and guidance. - Analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends. - Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. In terms of inventory management, you will be tasked with: - Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet demand and minimize losses. - Overseeing the ordering, receiving, and storage of accessories. - Managing inventory control and loss prevention. Your operational management duties will include: - Overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, and merchandising. - Developing and implementing operational procedures. - Managing budgets and expenses. - Ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment. For marketing and promotion, you will: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote accessories. - Manage social media and online presence. - Participate in trade shows and industry events. Other responsibilities may include: - Vendor management and relationship building. - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases. - Training and developing sales staff. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
