About The Opportunity

Academic Operations Associate (Entry Level / Fresher)

• Manage end-to-end learner onboarding: enrollments, schedule confirmations, attendance tracking, and profile updates in the LMS.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain learner records, progress logs, and assessment outcomes; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate daily with instructors, curriculum and support teams to schedule classes, assessments, and remedial sessions.
• Monitor course delivery quality; log and escalate content or delivery issues and follow up until resolution.
• Prepare routine operational reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets for academic managers and stakeholders.
• Follow and improve SOPs, maintain process documentation, and support small process-improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; comfortable interacting with learners and internal stakeholders.
• Basic computer proficiency: MS Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable using web-based platforms and performing accurate data entry.
  

Preferred

• Internship or exposure to academic operations, EdTech, BPO, training delivery, or customer support.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Blackboard or similar) and basic reporting skills (pivot tables, filters).
• Comfortable working on-site with flexible hours; proactive, process-driven, and ready to learn in a fast-paced team.
