Job Description

Position Title: Academic and Office Coordinator - BBA Dept Key Responsibilities 1. Academic Administration Coordinate academic schedules, class timetables, and faculty assignments. Assist the Program Head in curriculum planning and syllabus updates. Manage student academic records, attendance tracking, and assessment data. Support examination processes, including preparation of question papers, invigilation schedules, and result compilation. Organize academic events such as guest lectures, seminars, and workshops. 2. Office Coordination Ensure efficient office operations through effective documentation, filing, and correspondence. Serve as the communication link between departments, faculty, and students. Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes as required. Manage the procurement and inventory of academic and office supplies. 3. Student Services & Support Address student queries and concerns related to academic matters. Assist in student onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain up-to-date records on student contact information and academic performance. Coordinate internship and placement-related documentation. 4. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to institutional academic policies and procedures. Assist in accreditation processes and internal quality audits. Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of academic records. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field). Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination or office administration. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with academic management software. Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced academic environment.
