Primary Role: Lead and oversee the entire academic ecosystem, ensuring innovation, quality, and
timely delivery of curriculum.
- Design and implement academic policies, frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise full-time and part-time faculty across Levels 1–4.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to faculty.
- Align academic outcomes with institutional goals.
- Coordinate with Technical Head to integrate academic requirements into digital platforms.
- Monitor student learning outcomes and recommend interventions.
- Represent academics in stakeholder/partner meetings.
- Introduce new teaching methodologies and innovation practices.
- Conduct regular faculty workshops and development sessions.
- Monthly academic progress reports.
- Training schedules and faculty performance audits.
- Approved question banks and assessment papers
