Role Overview The Academic Head will lead the educational and training initiatives of Yatzar Creations. The role involves designing and delivering high-quality programs, managing academic operations, and aligning our learning strategy with evolving global standards. The ideal candidate will also actively teach, mentor learners, and represent Yatzar Creations in professional and academic forums. Key Responsibilities Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and quality assurance across all training programs. Conduct professional training sessions and workshops related to AECO and digital project management. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop and deliver relevant, industry-aligned course content. Guide instructors, oversee assessments, and enhance learner engagement. Support partnerships with corporates, universities, and certification bodies. Stay updated on BIM, openBIM, and digital transformation trends in AECO. Represent Yatzar Creations in academic and professional networks. Qualifications Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Minimum 3 years of teaching or Industry experience in the AECO domain. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Familiarity with BIM, or digital project workflows is an advantage.
