Department: Marketing & Sales

Position Type: Full-time

Reporting To: CEO


Role Overview:

Lead state-level marketing and sales activities, ensuring District Coordinators and Assistant Managers meet targets. Drive business growth across B2C (students & parents), B2B (schools & colleges), B2O (organizations), and B2NGO (NGOs). Own strategy, execution, team motivation, and reporting to deliver state targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and guide district teams to achieve sales targets.


  • Collaborate with CEO to set and track state/district targets.


  • Drive multi-channel business development and partnerships.


  • Plan and lead school outreach and conversion initiatives.


  • Execute marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency.


  • Maintain reports and coordinate with internal teams.


Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • 5-9 years experience in sales or Marketing ( Education sector preferred)


  • Experience in multi-channel sales & marketing.


  • Proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
