Academic Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the academic department, aligning its goals with the institution's overall mission and objectives.
• Plan, organize, and manage departmental activities, including curriculum development, course scheduling, and faculty assignments.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive departmental culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a positive working environment.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the field, integrating them into the curriculum to ensure its relevance and currency.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, with a significant portion in academic leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated expertise and contributions in the field of the academic department.
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards and processes.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
