Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd, a leading training and skill development institution, is looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Head to lead academic and administrative functions, ensuring quality, performance, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management-Oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and lead the academic team to achieve goals.

• Academic oversight- Manage academic delivery, coordinate with the curriculum department, and ensure academic standards are met.

• Business and operations-Take responsibility for the overall business and financial health of the center, including meeting business targets.

• Administration-Handle overall administration and operational management of the center.

• Student and staff relations-Engage with staff and students to address concerns and foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management.
• 5-7 years experience in academic/operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
