Job Summary:

The Academic Head oversees and manages the team of Academic Coordinators who handle daily academic operations . This role ensures academic quality, smooth class coordination, tutor performance management, and student satisfaction. The Academic Head acts as a bridge between management, coordinators, tutors, and parents to maintain seamless academic functioning and uphold educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Coordination & Oversight

• Supervise and guide Academic Coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling of online classes.
• Monitor student progress and ensure timely communication with parents.
• Handle escalated academic or scheduling issues that coordinators are unable to resolve.
• Set academic targets and review progress regularly with coordinators.

2. Team Management (Academic Coordinators & Tutors)

• Manage, motivate, and support Academic Coordinators in handling tutor and student operations.
• Review coordinators’ performance and ensure adherence to academic policies.
• Provide training and mentoring sessions to coordinators to enhance efficiency and communication skills.

3. Academic Quality & Student Performance

• Ensure high-quality academic delivery across all subjects and grades.
• Review student feedback, academic reports, and learning outcomes.
• Implement academic improvement plans and ensure personalized support for students when required.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as the primary communication link between management, coordinators, and tutors.
• Share academic performance reports, challenges, and solutions with the management team.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with Academic Coordinators to track updates and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Education
• Skills Required: Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Good understanding of online learning tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
