1. Curriculum Delivery and Lesson Planning

2. Develop and deliver high-quality lessons in subjects such as Physics & Chemistry for JEE/NEET preparation.
3. Create detailed and engaging lesson plans in line with the JEE/NEET syllabus, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all topics.
4. Break down complex concepts into simpler, digestible explanations that facilitate student understanding.
5. Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, multimedia tools, and real-life applications, to enhance student engagement.

6. Student Assessment and Feedback

7. Design and conduct regular tests, assignments, and quizzes to evaluate students progress and understanding of the subject matter.
8. Offer constructive feedback to students on their performance, helping them identify strengths and areas for improvement.
9. Maintain and track detailed academic records of each students progress to inform future teaching and learning strategies.

10. Preparation for Competitive Exams

11. Provide students with strategies and techniques to excel in the JEE/NEET exams, including time management, question-solving methods, and effective revision practices.
12. Conduct mock tests and simulated exams under real-time conditions to help students build exam-readiness.
13. Focus on preparing students for both the theory and practical aspects of the exams, emphasizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

14. Student Mentorship and Motivation

15. Serve as an academic mentor, providing guidance and support to students throughout their preparation journey.
16. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to actively participate in discussions and develop a deeper interest in the subjects.
17. Motivate and inspire students, especially during stressful periods of exam preparation, ensuring that they remain focused and confident.

19. Create a disciplined, structured, and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
20. Address any learning challenges or behavioral issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that the classroom atmosphere remains productive.
21. Ensure the availability of relevant study materials, notes, and resources for students.

22. Collaborative Work with Other Faculty Members

23. Collaborate with other faculty members to create integrated lesson plans and a unified approach to JEE/NEET preparation.
24. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve teaching methods and share insights on student performance.
25. Work closely with the academic coordinator to align teaching goals and strategies.

26. Curriculum Improvement and Innovation

27. Stay updated with changes to the JEE/NEET syllabus and exam pattern and modify lesson plans accordingly.
28. Continuously innovate teaching methods and materials to keep the learning process fresh, engaging, and relevant.
29. Share feedback on the curriculum and suggest improvements to ensure optimal preparation for students.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant subject (Physics & Chemistry) from a recognized university.
• A formal teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Specialized training or certification in JEE/NEET exam preparation is a plus.

• Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience, particularly in preparing students for JEE/NEET or similar competitive exams.
• Familiarity with the JEE/NEET syllabus, exam pattern, and marking scheme is essential.
• Experience with both classroom teaching and online learning platforms is advantageous.

• Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth subject knowledge in the respective subject (Physics, Chemistry).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to explain abstract concepts in a simplified manner and relate them to real-world applications.
• Expertise in test preparation techniques and problem-solving strategies for competitive exams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing lesson plans, student assessments, and feedback.
• Ability to engage and motivate students, building their confidence and reducing exam anxiety.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Working Hours: Allotted hours per day, doubt classes as and when required, weekend mock tests, and occasional extra hours during peak exam preparation periods and as per the Project requirements.
