Company Description

We are the Center for Social Responsibility and Leadership (CSRL), an NGO committed to fostering social equality. Since 2010, CSRL has provided free coaching to underprivileged students from economically challenged backgrounds through our Super 30 program. With the support of PSUs like GAIL, Oil India, IGL, and Petronet LNG, we have enabled nearly 1,000 talented students each year to gain admission to premier institutions such as IITs, AIIMs, NITs, IIST, and IIITs. CSRL Super 30 operates centers across India, including in Noida, Kanpur, Srinagar-Uttarakhand, Srinagar-J&K, Guwahati, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Officer based in Chennai. The Project Officer will oversee the implementation of CSRL programs, coordinate with local partners and stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing regular report, and supporting team members. The Project Officer will also conduct community outreach, facilitate training sessions, and engage with students and their families to ensure program success.

Qualifications

Experience in project management and operations
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in budget management and report preparation
Experience in community outreach and engagement
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Management, or a related field
Experience in the NGO sector is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and local languages
