Job Description – Accounts Officer
1. Responsibility of monitoring, budgeting, disbursal, verification and posting of expenditures of the projects assigned.
a) Responsibility of the project assigned.
b) Checking of monthly expenditures.
c) Entry on accounting Software
d) Preparation of journal & payment vouchers.
e) Soft Copy, Hard Copy, Bank Book, Cash Book, etc. at projects.
2. Preparation of annual budget, monthly budget, and monitoring of expenditures
a) Working on annual budget
b) Working on monthly budget & expenditure.
3. Coordinating with Project Manager/ Accounts Officer for smooth accounting management.
4. Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledger of creditors and debtors.
5. Managing and processing of E Net Banking & maintaining the MIS
a) Disbursal of payment through HDFC, ICICI & SBI
b) Working on budgeting, preparation of budget vs expenditure, liability sheet,
6. Working on directives and meeting the timelines of the HOD.
