Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to assess students’ academic goals and career aspirations.
Develop tailored academic plans and provide information on courses, institutions, and admission processes.
Coordinate with institutional partners to facilitate applications, scholarships, and entrance exam preparations.
Maintain accurate student records and progress reports using CRM and in-house databases.
Engage in outreach activities, workshops, and seminars to attract and inform prospective students.
Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, operations) to optimize the end-to-end student experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in academic or career counseling.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and proven rapport-building ability.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred

Experience in higher-education admissions or test-prep environments.
Multilingual capabilities (Hindi + regional language) to support diverse student populations.
