Job Title: Admission Counsellor

About UNext

Roles & Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
Responsible for student admissions and achieving assigned targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Close sales and meet quarterly quotas.
Counsel and guide students and parents regarding program options.
Support students through the course selection and application process, ensuring timely submission of documents.
Provide accurate information on admission requirements, enrolment procedures, and other related processes.
Coordinate efficient handling of applications and communication with prospective students and parents.

Requirements

Strong ability to empathize and build rapport with students and parents.
Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
