Lymax Learning Solutions helps students plan and pursue international education through study abroad programs, and career-focused courses. The Academic Counsellor role supports students and families in making informed decisions while achieving clear enrollment targets. If you’re passionate about sales, edtech, customer relationship management, and want to grow with a rapidly scaling organization, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Understand and promote all Lymax Learning programs, courses, and internship offerings
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Follow up with leads (100% leads provided) and ensure conversions
✔ Coordinate AI workshops, programs, webinars, and events
✔ Update sheets with customer data and follow-up status
✔ Stay informed about the AI, EdTech, and skill development market
✔ Manage community groups for networking and lead generation
✔ Support the marketing team with promotional campaigns and strategies
* What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in EdTech sales is a big plus
✔ Passion for customer interaction and relationship-building
✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
✔ CRM knowledge is an added advantage
✔ Languages: Malayalam & English (mandatory)
