Digital Marketing Manager

LYMAX LEARNING is seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various online platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Optimize content for websites and social media platforms.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Manage the company's website and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee social media strategy and content calendar.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads and Analytics certification.
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress
