Academic Counsellor / Sales Telecaller — Study Abroad (MBBS & Aviation) Company: University Insights Location: Noida, Sector-96 (Work From Office) Type: Full-time Role Summary: Own the enquiry→application→admission funnel for MBBS Abroad, Aviation (CPL/MPL, DGCA conversion) and other study-abroad tracks. This is a phone-first + counselling role for target-driven communicators with a proven admissions track record and experience in academic counselling and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Counselling: Call/WhatsApp/email leads; assess eligibility, budget, intake timeline; match programs & countries. Domain Guidance: MBBS: NEET/NMC FMGL-2021 basics, WDOMS/FAIMER listing, FMGE/NExT awareness, duration & internship validity, typical fees/living. Aviation: CPL/MPL pathways, DGCA Class-1/2 medicals, hours, conversion routes. Pipeline Ownership: Book counselling slots, drive show-ups, manage follow-ups, move students from enquiry → application → admission → visa. Objection Handling: Budget, safety, recognition, living costs, exam difficulty, parental approvals—use scripts & comparatives. CRM Hygiene: 100% logging, next actions, stage updates, and on-time callbacks. Revenue Targets: Hit monthly goals on admissions/fee milestones; cross-sell value-adds (visa, insurance, accommodation, forex). Events/Webinars: Pre/post-event calling to maximize attendance & conversions; collect feedback for continuous improvement. Ideal Profile: Experience: 1–3 years in academic counselling/study-abroad/edtech with measurable admissions & revenue impact. (Strong freshers with excellent communication may be considered.) Skills: Persuasive Hindi & English (Hinglish comfortable), consultative selling, empathy, objection handling, disciplined follow-ups. Tools: CRM (LeadSquared/Zoho or similar), Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business, cloud dialer, Zoom/Meet. KPIs (Success Metrics)Daily dials: 80–120 | Contact rate: 30–40% Counselling bookings: 20–30/week | Show rate: 60%+ Application→Admission conversion: 20–30% (track-dependent) Follow-up TAT: <24 hours | CRM compliance: 100% Student NPS & documentation accuracy within defined thresholds Compensation & ScheduleBase: ₹15,000–₹25,000 (experience/skills-based) Incentives: Avg ₹15,000/month, uncapped (admissions & revenue slabs) Timing: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 6-day week; occasional weekends for events (comp-off as per policy) 30-60-90 Day Plan30 Days: Master products/scripts; clean CRM; achieve 60% activity KPIs. 60 Days: Own pipeline; 80–100% activity KPIs; 1–2 admissions/week. 90 Days: Consistent monthly admissions target; contribute call insights to improve funnels & creatives.
