About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team at PhysicsWallah. This role is pivotal in driving student enrollments by understanding learner needs, recommending suitable courses, and delivering compelling sales presentations. If you are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, wed love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Qualification: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and qualify them based on educational background, interests, and career goals.
  • Needs Assessment & Course Recommendation: Understand learner requirements and suggest appropriate courses that align with their aspirations.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging telephonic presentations to highlight the value of our courses.
  • Negotiation & Objection Handling: Address concerns with empathy, negotiate terms, and drive successful enrollments.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong follow-ups, nurture leads, and build trust for future conversions.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales progress while providing regular reports on activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies, share insights, and contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience (education/training industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and customer success.
