Role Description

Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Admission Guidance:

• Support students throughout the entire admission process for Indian and foreign universities. Explain requirements, deadlines, and documentation procedures.

• University & Program Shortlisting:

• Evaluate students academic profiles and preferences to recommend suitable universities and courses aligned with their career goals.

• Application Assistance:

• Assist students in preparing application materials, including resumes, essays, recommendation letters, and academic transcripts.

• Counselling & Mentorship:

• Conduct one-on-one sessions to guide students on program selection, eligibility criteria, and future career opportunities.

• CRM Management:

• Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

• Follow-ups:

• Stay in regular contact with prospective students to ensure timely completion of the admission process.

• Financial Guidance:

• Provide information about scholarships, financial aid, and budgeting options for studying abroad.

• Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Keep detailed and organized records of all counselling sessions and application statuses.
