Job Description

Hi Jobseeksers,

Academic Counsellor

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Pacakge - Upto 7.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives and 6 days working

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one academic advising to students on course selection, degree requirements, and academic planning
Help students identify academic strengths, weaknesses, and career interests.
Monitor students academic progress and intervene with support strategies when needed.
Offer guidance on time management, study skills, exam preparation, and motivation.
Support students in understanding academic policies, procedures, and institutional resources.
Refer students to a
ppropriate support services (e.g., tutoring, mental health counseling, career services).
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and action plans.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in any field (required).

Experience: 1-5 years of experience into edtech Sales or have dealt with K12 courses.

Hindi is mandatory

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
