If you can explain the value of learning with confidence, clarity, and empathy — this is your stage. Key Responsibilities Engage with PAN-India leads (via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM). Counsel students and working professionals on choosing the right course. Explain course content, certification value, placement support, and outcomes. Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication & follow-up. Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reports of calls and conversions. Coordinate with operations and faculty for class scheduling and demos. Achieve individual and team enrollment targets with ethical selling practices. Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Postgraduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, English, Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, academic counseling, or customer service. Strong command of Hindi/English communication; neutral accent a must. Confident in handling calls, Zoom / Meet demos, and WhatsApp conversations. Basic computer skills: MS Office, CRM handling, Google Sheets, Email. Target-driven mindset with a polite and persuasive attitude. Preferred Candidate ProfileBased in Cuttack or willing to relocate. English-medium background; non-Odia candidates preferred for broader communication reach. Comfortable with pan-India student interactions (north, south, and metro audiences). Energetic personality with a “career guide” mindset rather than pushy sales. Compensation & Benefits₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives per enrollment. Training on Henry Harvin course portfolio and counseling techniques. Performance-based growth to Senior Counselor / Team Leader. 6-day working week; flexible timing options for live class coordination.
