Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, emails, and virtual sessions to understand their educational history, career goals, and motivations.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to identify individual strengths, areas for development, and long-term aspirations.
• Recommend learning pathways, UG/PG programs, or professional certifications tailored to each individuals career direction.
• Clearly communicate course details, learning outcomes, tuition options, and career prospects to help candidates make confident choices.
• Nurture relationships by offering continuous guidance and follow-up support throughout the enrollment process.
• Keep candidate data organized and up to date in the CRM, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting monthly engagement, conversion, and satisfaction benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred but not required).
• 0–2 years of experience in counseling, academic advising, career services, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for guidance and mentoring are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
• Awareness of current education and job market trends, upskilling needs, and emerging career paths is an advantage.
