We are seeking an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team at the Boston Institute of Analytics, Andheri East. The role involves guiding students in choosing the right courses, providing career counselling, and supporting them through the admission process. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on academic programs, fees, and career opportunities.
Guide students through the admission process and ensure smooth onboarding.
Follow up with leads to achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Conduct counselling sessions via calls, webinars, or face-to-face meetings.
Maintain records of student interactions and provide timely follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of EdTech sales/counselling experience is mandatory.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Age limit: Up to 38 years.

Job Details:

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary Range: 8.5 12 LPA

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Week Off: Fixed Sunday off
