Student Counsellors

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective students/parents via inbound & outbound calls
• Assess academic needs and recommend the right Xylem programs
• Present and promote course offerings with confidence
• Build strong relationships with students & families
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment & revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with academic, marketing & operations teams
• Share feedback to enhance conversions & student experience

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• 0–2 years of experience in counselling/sales (education sector is a plus)
• Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion & communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and relationship-focused
• Malayalam proficiency preferred; English communication desirable
