Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor based in Kochi. The Academic Advisor will assist students with academic and career guidance, providing personalized counseling to help them make informed decisions about studying abroad. Responsibilities include offering insights on educational opportunities, addressing students' queries, and supporting them through the entire process of selecting and applying to programs that align with their goals. The role also involves collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality services to students.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in aligning their academic choices with future aspirations.
• Strong Communication skills, including listening and articulating information effectively, to build trust and rapport with students.
• Proficiency in Academic Advising and knowledge of educational systems and programs in various international destinations.
• Background in Education or related fields to support student development and advising.
• Ability to work collaboratively and with cultural sensitivity when interacting with diverse student populations.
• Previous experience in similar roles and a passion for helping students succeed is an advantage.
