Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Thrissur, Kerala. The Academic Counselor will guide and assist students in their educational and career planning. Daily tasks include providing academic advising, conducting career counseling sessions, helping students navigate their educational options, and maintaining open communication to address student concerns. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective counseling strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support students in achieving their educational and professional ambitions
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parrnts
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related services to provide informed and tailored guidance
• Ability to empathize with and motivate students, ensuring a student-centric approach
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the education sector or academic counseling is a plus
