About The Role
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for growing key markets across Uber's widespread portfolio (Auto, Moto, Cars, Airports, Events, Direct, etc.) while improving rider and driver experience. This is a unique opportunity to build one of the fastest-growing product categories in India and South Asia, while creating direct P&L impact via sustainable growth. You will have the opportunity to lead projects that will contribute to Uber's growth in India and South Asia - Including but not limited to New Market Launches, New product launches, Setting up processes that improve user (Earners and consumers) experience and engagement with the platform.You will work in close partnership with Cross functional teams - Product, Business Development , Marketing, Legal , Tax and Policy to drive long term outcomesIf you want to drive strategic decisions through a data-driven approach, bring in change to Consumer and Driver experiences and take part in building world class Mobility solutions in the region, don't miss out applying. What The Candidate Will Do
- Set up best in class processes to acquire New users (Consumer/ Drivers) - Identify new channels of growth, while continuing to reduce friction in existing processes and increase throughput.
- Business Planning respective markets- Create growth plans for your cities, forecast supply requirements and spends required to meet topline growth targets.
- Drive Marketplace- Track conversion funnel in your cities and flag changes required- on Suggested prices, Incentives and Promotions.
- Be the voice of riders and drivers to identify product/process gaps and coordinate with the right teams to fix platform experience.
- Cross Functional Team- Share insights/ opportunities from your markets with Cross functional teams like Support , Product , Marketing , Category Heads to continually drive improvement in experience, growth and engagement
What The Candidate Will Need
- 2+ years of work experience in deep analytics/consulting/startups/operations adjacent roles. Keen interest in the marketplace and growth-related analytics.
- Graduating in 2026.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving , Excel, and data management skills. SQL experience is a must.
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
- Strong communication and organization skills , with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
- A desire to learn and constantly improve; you're expected to take initiative and experiment with new processes or improve existing ones.
