Role: Zonal Supply Head

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

Zonal Supply Head

nationwide growth of our accommodation offerings. As a key member of our Zonal Leadership, you'll craft

and execute property acquisition strategies, foster partner relationships, and lead a team in identifying,

evaluating, and acquiring new properties. Your expertise will help drive business growth, increase

revenue, and enhance our customers' travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zonal Property Acquisition Strategy:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy

to expand our portfolio

  • Property Sourcing and Acquisition:

    Identify potential properties, conduct site visits, and

negotiate contracts to expand our portfolio

  • Team Leadership:

    Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives•

    Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners,

operators, and decision-makers to secure partnerships and optimize existing relationships

  • Contract Negotiation:

    Negotiate and finalize contracts with property owner, ensuring favorable

terms and conditions

  • Due Diligence:

    Conduct thorough due diligence on potential hotel partners, assessing factors such

as property quality, location, and financial stability

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and

Operations to ensure alignment

and maximize business opportunities

  • Market Research and Analysis:

    Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and

customer demand. Analyze data and market insights to make informed acquisition decisions and

optimize existing partnerships

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Master's degree Business (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel acquisition, hospitality, real estate or a

related field.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with geographic markets and in-depth knowledge of the alternative

accommodation sector

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Travel:

    Willingness to travel frequently
