Job Description

Location : Dhubri

Key Responsibilities:Lead and guide a team of Techno-Marketing Officers to achieve sales goals.Address and resolve product/service quality complaints.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.Build strong relationships with key influencers (engineers, contractors, dealers, etc.).Drive HMPC & contractor/engineer meetings, scheme communications, and gifting initiatives.Ensure visit norms adherence and achieve KPIs. Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E
in Civil Engineering.5 - 8 years of experience in the construction field (building & bridge construction preferred).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Interested candidates can share their CVs at:
