Zonal Incharge

• Responsible for proper repair, reassembly, install and troubleshoot various types of pipelines (DI/ HDPE/PVC/AC/PRIMO/CI) and assets.
• Assign, monitor & Ensure all Customer complaints regarding leakages, shortages of water are arrested on time to maintain the KPI as per Contract by performing the activities on time.
• Ensure all Monitoring & Measuring Equipment used in the area of operation are calibrated and are in good working condition.
• Drive Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction initiatives.
• Plan and optimize resource availability for O&M activities.
• Manage and analyse Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) / Critical Measuring Point (CMP) data for performance insights.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance of key assets such as strainers, valves, EMF, CMP, etc.
• Oversee inventory management and raise requisitions for O&M requirements.
• Update and maintain accurate records on GIS platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality checks for executed works.
• Coordinate with local representatives for obtaining required permissions.
• Perform water consumption analysis for performance monitoring and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure material reconciliation of contractors free-issue materials.
• Review and certify contractors bills in compliance with contractual obligations
• Managing the team of operators / Technicians to attend regular operation / breakdown / shutdown / emergencies at various locations based on requirement along with preventive maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety norms, statutory guidelines, and SOPs.
