Role & responsibilities Role: Zonal Supply Head Position Overview & Key Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced Zonal Supply Head to spearhead our acquisition team, driving nationwide growth of our accommodation offerings. As a key member of our Zonal Leadership, you'll craft and execute property acquisition strategies, foster partner relationships, and lead a team in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new properties. Your expertise will help drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance our customers' travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Zonal Property Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to expand our portfolio Property Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify potential properties, conduct site visits, and negotiate contracts to expand our portfolio Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, operators, and decision-makers to secure partnerships and optimize existing relationships Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with property owner, ensuring favorable terms and conditions Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential hotel partners, assessing factors such as property quality, location, and financial stability Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand. Analyze data and market insights to make informed acquisition decisions and optimize existing partnerships Requirements: Education: Master's degree Business (Preferred but not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel acquisition, hospitality, real estate or a related field. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with geographic markets and in-depth knowledge of the alternative accommodation sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
