About Zopper

Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the InsurTech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.

Based on the need of Business partners, we create the Product i.e. customized insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customized Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customized APIs on our SAAS platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Premier Channel Development in Mumbai.
• Entrusted with the responsibility of building distribution, activities & overall market access of business.
• Planning & implementing distribution strategies for sustained growth in Partner distribution channel.
• Taking care of retail business B2B, working on partnership distribution model, building a distribution model across country of life and health insurance.
• Training, counseling, coaching and motivating the sales team.
• Owning the PnL of the Western region.

Prerequisites

• At least 15 years of experience in the Channel Development vertical from any Insurance Broking Company preferably.
• Should have handled at least a regional role and team handling role.
• Should have a strong Channel partners network.
• Good communication & relationship building skills.
