Role & responsibilities 1. Identify and develop new B2B client relationships within the agriculture/agritech sector. 2. Promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective clients. 3. Handle client queries, provide product demonstrations, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely data Preferred candidate profile 1. 0-2years of experience in B2B sales; agri-sector experience preferred. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. 4. Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits. 5. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal targets Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities Forecast sales and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Geographical knowledge & Cropping Pattern. 2. Team Leadership & Management Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Executives Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills Set clear sales targets and evaluate team performance. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Promote customer loyalty through value-added services and technical support 4. Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights. 5. Reporting & Compliance Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field. Experience: 18+ years in Nutrition sales, preferably in the agriculture sector Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
