Must have experience in Team Handling - B2B Sales - MFD Channel or IFA Channel.

• Drive sales growth by expanding and strengthening the

  Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD)

  network across assigned regions.
• Lead and manage regional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Conduct distributor engagement activities, including events, roadshows, and training sessions.
• Participate in key client meetings to support partners in business closures.
• Implement region-specific marketing initiatives to boost distribution reach.
• Monitor

  AUM, SIP inflows, and overall regional performance to meet targets.

• Mentor regional/zonal managers and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build strong partnerships with key distributors and market stakeholders.
• Share market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence with senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in

  AMC, wealth management, or financial distribution roles.

• Strong understanding of the MFD ecosystem and mutual fund industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-location teams.
• Graduate/MBA with a strong track record in driving business growth.
