Responsible for leading and directing the sales operations for an entire zone assigned, overseeing a team of Regional Managers, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives

•The Zonal Sales Manager is a critical position responsible for executing the sales and marketing operations across multiple regions within a designated zone. The role encompasses strategic planning, campaign management, team supervision, and performance analysis. The ZSM plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to the zonal

•Delivery of sales, demand generation, Demand Fulfilment and collection targets

•Ensuring robust adherence of business processes and right service levels to customers (both farmers, channel partners and internal customers)

•Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each region within the zone

•Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing, incorporating relevant insights and innovations into zonal sales and marketing strategies

•Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the zonal sales and marketing team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
